After telemedical treatment, doctors can issue electronic prescriptions (health insurance prescription, private prescription and recommendation prescription) via TeleClinic.
The costs for the medicines prescribed via the e-prescription are also settled directly via the BKK EWE - minus the statutory co-payment.
If TeleClinic issues you with a private prescription, we are unable to reimburse the costs. Not even if the medication could in principle be prescribed at the expense of the health insurance companies.
