Company Health Insurance e.V.

Closer to the company - better insured

There is a good reason for company-based health insurance funds (BKK). Insured persons and companies benefit in many ways from having their own BKK: short distances, little bureaucracy, low administrative costs, as well as personal on-site service "from colleagues for colleagues" and attractive offers in the context of workplace health promotion. For the sponsoring companies, they are competent partners in the field of occupational health management, which is becoming increasingly important against the backdrop of demographic change. BKK EWE is also a company-based BKK open to employees of the EWE Group and their family members.

This is what the Association of Company Health Insurance (BKV) does

The interests of company-based company health insurance funds are represented by the Verein Betrieblicher Krankenversicherung (BKV) in dealings with politicians and administrators. The office in Berlin is a platform for the member funds, which are backed by well-known companies and corporations. The association promotes and supports the cooperation of the members among themselves and supports the cooperation with the sponsoring companies. The BKV was founded in 2005 (then: BKKiU) and represents the interests of around 1 million insured persons.
