Specialist appointment service

1. You will need your personal insurance number. You will find this on the front of your insurance card.
2. In the online form you enter all the necessary data so that we can take care of your appointment request.
3. You will receive your result in 48 hours at the latest.

We will then arrange everything else. We cannot give you a guarantee for your desired appointment. The arranged appointments are just as binding as appointments you have made yourself with the doctor. If you cannot keep the appointment, please cancel it with the doctor's office well in advance.
