We are thus giving you the opportunity to handle various matters that you want or need to handle in cooperation with us as your health insurance provider digitally throughout, without any waiting time or delay. This eliminates the postal route, so no trips to the mailbox and no postage costs. This not only protects the environment, it also saves time and money. Of course, the issue of data protection is also taken into account here. More than 20 applications are available in digital form in our online office.

You log in to the BKK EWE Service app on your smartphone. You can find our app in the Google Play Store and the App Store.
Once you have registered for the first time and entered your insurance number and cell phone number, you will receive your access code by mail within a few days. You will find the insurance number on your insurance card (eGK).
