Your+Bonus Precaution
Our reward for your health awareness
We reward health-conscious behavior with up to €15 for each measure carried out. This includes preventive checkups, sports activities in clubs and gyms, preventive measures and vaccinations.
You decide for yourself which bonus benefits you would like to take advantage of. The more you do for your health, the higher our bonus will be. You can prove that you have carried out the respective measures with the help of your Ihr+Bonus Vorsorge-Heft (Your+Bonus Prevention Booklet).
For the following measures you will receive a bonus
Adults
- Physician recommended vaccinations
- Dental health checkup once a year
- Skin screening from the age of 35 onwards
- Health check-up once between the ages of 15 and 34.
- Health check-up every three years from the age of 35.
- Cancer screening once a year
- for women from the age of 20
- for men from the age of 45
- Colorectal cancer screening
- for men from the age of 50
- for women from the age of 55
- Mammography for women between the ages of 50 and 69 every two years
- Abdominal aortic aneurysm one-time for men 65 years of age and older
- Any quality-assured preventive measure
- Regular participation in quality-assured sports at a club, gym, or other exercise-promoting institution.
- Regular participation in quality-assured exercise courses offered by a company sports group
Children and teenagers
- Vaccinations recommended by a doctor
- Dental health checkup twice a year
- U7 to J1 examinations
- Any quality-assured preventive measure
- Regular participation in quality-assured sports at a club, gym, or other exercise-promoting institution.

Frequently asked questions about the Ihr+Bonus pension plan
Who can participate?
All members of BKK EWE and their co-insured dependents can participate. Children up to the age of 18 can participate in Ihr+Bonus Vorsorge für Kinder- und Jugendliche.
What do I receive a bonus for?
To qualify for the bonus, you must have performed one or more of the above measures in the calendar year. For example, you can submit a dental check-up (children and adolescents two check-ups) or a prevention course every year, but the check-up or a mammogram can only be submitted in the year in which the examination actually took place.
Which measures are not recognized?
Only the examinations provided for by law can be recognized as preventive and early detection measures. In the case of children/adolescents, BKK EWE also covers the costs of U10, 11 and J2, provided these are carried out as part of the BKK STARKE KIDS program. However, since these are not legally standardized preventive examinations, a bonus cannot be paid for them.
For which vaccinations is there a bonus payment?
- We recognize all vaccinations that are recommended to you by a doctor.
- Multiple vaccinations count as one vaccination and may only be entered once in the bonus booklet after the last vaccination.
How much is the bonus for the measures?
We reward each vaccination measure with 5€* each. For all other measures you will receive 15€* bonus per measure.
