For our service area we are looking for 01.07.2024 a
Social security clerk (m/f/d)
part-time (up to 25 hours per week)
These are your tasks:
- In person, by telephone or online: You advise and support our customers in matters relating to statutory long-term care insurance and health insurance benefits in kind
- Determination, management, approval and reimbursement of benefits: You support our customers from application to case closure
- You are the contact person for service providers and service providers, working closely with our cooperation partners and the medical service
What you bring with you:
- have completed training as a social insurance clerk or as a healthcare clerk or nursing specialist and are familiar with the benefits and insurance law of statutory health and long-term care insurance,
- confident handling of MS Office programs and ideally experience with iskv_21c|ng,
- a pronounced customer orientation,
- Openness to new ideas and flexibility to adapt to different challenges.
- high communicative competence and a confident manner, as well as a positive charisma and team orientation.
