To ensure your all-round well-being, each program consists of two of the different thematic areas of relaxation, exercise and nutrition. Decide for yourself whether autogenic training and back school, Nordic walking and progressive muscle relaxation or other compact courses from the different subject areas are right for you.

Please note that we may subsidize either one Active Week or WellAktiv or the Akon Active Concept or up to two prevention courses per calendar year.
