Short vacation for your health
In cooperation with selected spas, you can take advantage of a short vacation for your health, fitness and well-being. Relaxation training, stress reduction and spinal gymnastics are just a few examples of the health programs on offer. You will also receive suggestions as well as valuable tips for everyday and professional life and nutrition.
Costs covered by the BKK EWE
The offer has been tested, certified and awarded the "German Standard Prevention" seal of approval and is therefore eligible for subsidies from BKK EWE. A sure sign for you that quality is our top priority.
We cover the costs of the health program. Our subsidy for an activity week is up to €200 for adults and up to €150 for children at

As a participant, you only bear the costs for board and lodging.
