Breast self-examination
Learn the palpation
In addition, we will pay up to €35.00 for training in breast self-examination using the MammaCare method. It improves the patient's own tactile ability and thus helps to identify palpable findings (e.g. small lumps), to recognize conspicuous changes and thus to gain greater confidence in breast examinations.
If you are interested, please ask your gynecology practice if the training is offered.
