Birth preparation courses

We cover the cost of attending childbirth preparation courses for up to 14 hours. In these courses, you will learn techniques for relaxation, for easing the birth and for postnatal gymnastics. In addition, you can exchange ideas with other parents. Birth preparation courses are offered, for example, by midwives, physiotherapists or in health centers. Early registration (in the 3rd or 4th month) is advantageous, as the courses are often booked up very quickly.
