Digitally supported therapy for patients with a cancer diagnosis and their relatives
At the heart of the care model is the Living Well Plus app, a digital health solution that gives you low-threshold access to psycho-oncological support. With the help of the Living Well Plus app, you go through various lessons on different topics and can thus learn how to deal with the psychological stress caused by the diagnosis and treatment of cancer and develop coping strategies.
In addition to the Living Well Plus app, you can also be supported by a tele-coaching module. During the telephone coaching sessions, you will be supported through the program by certified psychologists. Among other things, they will discuss your individual progress and motivate you to continue using the Living Well Plus app.
A cancer diagnosis puts a strain on the entire environment. For this reason, we offer the care program for insured adults aged 18 and over with a cancer diagnosis and their relatives.
