The smoking cessation course - online and as an app
Do you smoke and would like to finally quit? Maybe you have already made one or more attempts, which failed? Then get professional support from our cooperation partner NichtraucherHelden.de to successfully become a non-smoker. Best of all: we will reimburse the course costs in full!
How does the course work?
Over a period of 10 days, you will be prepared step by step for quitting smoking via coaching videos and supplementary exercises, and will be accompanied in the process. Course instructor Dr. Rupp used to be a smoker himself and knows the difficulties and problems of quitting from personal experience.
The program offers a moderated community where you can exchange ideas with the other participants at any time. Even after you stop smoking, you will not be left alone. If you decide to take the Plus course, you will be accompanied for another 3 months after the 10 basic units to prevent a relapse. You will continue to receive motivation, coaching videos and also the opportunity to use fitness and nutrition videos.
When does the course start?
Since the Non-Smoking Heroes course is an online course or app, you can start the program at any time. After registering, you can start right away. However, it is also no problem to start the course a few days after registration - the program "waits" for you. Even if you don't have time to complete your course unit for a day in between, that's no problem. But beware: there is the problem of "procrastination"!
How does the reimbursement work?
First you have to pay the one-time course fee of 89 € for the Basic Course (10 days of coaching) or 139 € for the Plus Course (10 days of coaching + 3 months of aftercare) when you register. At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of attendance from NichtraucherHelden.de, which you can submit to us for reimbursement. Provided the courses have been successfully completed, we will refund you the full amount for both courses.
Please note that we may subsidize either one Active Week or WellAktiv or the Akon Active Concept or up to two prevention courses per calendar year. You can find more information on subsidies for health courses here:
How can I use the program?
You can use the program around the clock online, e.g. on your workplace PC or laptop. There is also a suitable app that can be downloaded free of charge. This means you can also use the program conveniently on your smartphone or tablet. The data is always synchronized, so you can use the course on different devices.
Where do I register?
You can sign up at any time on the Non-Smoking Heroes website or via the app for the program.
