- depending on the means of authentication used:

- a pseudonym when using the online ID function. The first time the provider used retrieves all the data available to us from the
ID card for personal matching and generates a pseudonym. Each subsequent time, the comparison is carried out using the pseudonym generated by the
provider.

- the eGK certificate when using the electronic health card

- IdentDataTime: (time stamp for the completed identification of the user)
- Protection class for the identification
- Identification procedure
- End of registration / Yes or No
- Start time of registration
- Data entered individually for me in the ePA

may be processed by me as follows

- Launch the ePA application
- Set up the settings for the ePA
- Manage the user's stored information

The processing of my above-mentioned personal data takes place exclusively for the purpose of the initial setup and subsequent management of my electronic patient file.

I know that my consent is voluntary and that I can revoke my consent to BKK EWE at any time without giving reasons. In this case, my electronic patient file will be deleted immediately and completely.
