Information Use PIN

Health card: If you have an NFC-enabled health card and an NFC-enabled device, you can also use it to open your ePA. The health card, together with the PIN, represents another security factor and provides you with the highest level of security.

Change the PIN on my health card?

If you have an NFC-enabled device and a health card, you can change the PIN of your health card via the app. You will need the CAN printed on the front of the health card and your existing PIN.

Unblocking the PIN on my health card?

You need a device with NFC function for this. Open your ePA with your health card. If it is determined that your PIN is locked, you can unlock it using your PUK. To do this, you need the CAN printed on the front of the health card and your PUK.
